Cashews provide the creamy base for this bright and zesty sauce. Cashews are rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats. They provide a good source of copper, magnesium, and manganese which aid in energy production and brain & bone health. It is the perfect addition to top off any of your meals and also serves as a great base for other sauces, dips, and dressings.
1 cup cashews
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon zest
4 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup plant-based milk
½ tbsp Lemon Drop sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Soak cashews for at least 1 hour before blending.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency.
3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes: Add more hot sauce to get your desired heat level.
