We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and after we receive a delivered notification from any of our carrier partners. 

We have no control over the shipping services and it’s also frustrating for us since our customers cannot sample our products.

We ask for a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number to help us get things going.
